Become a Leader

1.

Leaders are well trained

Leaders will be trained and mentored in relational ministry to excel in Young Life. Leaders are not expected to get it all at once and learn alongside their fellow leaders as we all work together.

2.

Leaders Experience great community

Leading Young Life with like-minded people is a great joy! Leaders meet regularly and experience many adventures along the way.

3.

Leaders impact teenager's lives

Many of our current leaders are in leadership because of the significant role their Young Life leader had on their lives. The impact leaders have on kids is greater than they ever realize.
